This is a Privacy Statement to confirm that we will never share or sell any information that you share with us on this site.
We ask for information in two ways.
- Your name and email to download the business plan. This is a private document and to help secure it we will automatically email you the link and password to download it as requested. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION.
- We ask your name and email to to make a pledge. WE WILL NEVER SHARE YOU INFORMATION. Read our policy on this below.
When you make a pledge you can choose any BLOCK of shares or any amount. Make your choice and clink the pledge bar.
You will be re-directed to a new page were you will be asked for your Name and Email.
That is all. No other information or any payments is required from you.
The purpose of asking for your email is so that we can keep you informed (via email) on the progress we are making in setting up and forming this company.
You can say STOP and opt-out at any time and asked that we cancel your pledge which we will do immediately.
Or you can sit tight and watch how everything develops without taking any risk or making any commitment.
When you stay on the email list it gives you the wonderful opportunity to be part of this entire COMPANY SET-UP process. By the time you receive our invitation to the Fact-Finding Meeting you will not be a stranger anymore. You will know EXACTLY what is going on. Isn’t THAT what any investor wants?
BUT, if you however chance your mind during this “Setting Up” process and don’t want to invest anymore all you have to say is STOP. No hard feeling and no regrets. I can guarantee you that there is not a single benefit for us to try and keep someone on-board that that doesn’t want to be there anymore.
THAT is just the way it is and we respect that. Maybe you will invest in our next business venture – who knows?
Our policy is this: This entire process to seek funds to set-up this company [i.e this “Crowd-Funding” platform] is to give YOU the opportunity to be part of something amazing and to sit back and see how things develop right in front of your eyes BEFORE you make you final decision to invest a single cent.
If you are not utterly impressed by the time the company is registered and the MOI is filed with the Department of Trade and Industries (dti) you simply say “NO” and that is that.
No pressure – no commitment.
